At Pro Solutions Direct, we want you to be as confident in your purchase as we are in our unopened/unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a refund. 

Shipping and Return Policy

  • All un-opened purchases may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, within 30 days of purchase.
    • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
  • If you believe your purchase has been damaged, please contact customer service within 30 days of your purchase for consideration of replacement.
    • Note the final resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis and a refund or exchange is not guaranteed.
  • Pro Solution Direct  is not responsible for order issues communicated outside of the 30 days of purchase window.

RETURNS

  • Click here to begin the returns process
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return by providing the quantity and reason for the return of each product.
  • You will receive an email containing your Return label (the label can also be printed from the site).
  • Print a copy of the Return email to include in the return packaging. This will allow us to identify your order and process the return much quicker.
  • Print your pre-paid Return label, and securely attach it to the package
  • Retain your tracking number for future reference

REFUNDS POLICY

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. We require customers to submit photos for any claim of damaged items directly to us at prosolutionsdirect@icpgroup.com, please put your order number within the subject line of the email. We will use these to verify eligibility for a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging:
  • Liquids, Wipes and Spray’s must have the foil seals and shrink-wrap intact to be returned
  • Paint and other coating products must be un-used and have clips/safety ring installed to be returned
  • We do not accept/approve returns of any open items, broken seals or used product

At this time due to COVID-19, Disinfectant products are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • if an exception is made there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount in addition to the cost of return shipping

 Refunds cannot be guaranteed if product is shipped back without proper labeling and paperwork.
