About this Product
Rubber Flexx Clear is a crystal clear, flexible sealant and adhesive. It is an extremely versatile product and has tremendous adhesion to most materials. The cured seal is extremely durable, elastic, UV stable and 100% waterproof. Stops water, moisture and air leaks. Use on most projects including; roofs, gutters, siding, doors, windows, RV's, HVAC, PVC, fiberglass, masonry and metal. Adheres to wet/damp surfaces and is paintable.

COVERAGE: Approximately 25 linear feet per 3/16” bead.
APPLICATION: Can be used between 0 °F and 110 °F, but works best above 40 °F. If used in cool temperatures, store product inheated room before using. Use in well ventilated area. Trim nozzle to desired bead size and use a quality caulk gun. Tool finish within 5 minutes of application. Sealant dries to the touch within 1 hour and cures in 3 - 5 days @ 77 °F & 50% relative humidity. Cool temperatures, thick films and poor airflow will delay cure time. DO NOT THIN. Do not use on any polystyrene insulation / products.Do not use in areas where food is processed or stored. This product is neither tested nor represented as suitable for medical or pharmaceutical use, food applications or confined spaces. Do not use on traffic bearing surfaces.
STORAGE &HANDLING PRECAUTIONS: Protective clothing, gloves, and eyewear should be used during application. Store at temperatures between 40 °F to 90 °F in cool, dry conditions in its original unopened container. Rotate inventory and store in a well-ventilated area. Stack cartons upright with the nozzle tips up. Do not store within four (4) feet of ceiling. Storage life of one year.
CLEAN-UP: Clean tools with mineral spirits.
