HandiFoam® low-pressure, one-component, polyurethane foam sealant is a moisture-cured, multipurpose sealant designed to seal and fill small cracks and voids, creating a tight barrier against noise, moisture and air infiltration. HandiFoam® Sealant is UL GREENGUARD Gold Certified, contributing to healthier indoor environments. HandiFoam® Sealants are available in a variety of sizes and can be dispensed with a straw applicator or a Handi-Tool® Dispensing Unit.

Use with straw applicator to effectively seal penetrations in walls, floors, ceilings, and attics as well as create an air seal at common building joints. This sealant creates a tight barrier against noise, moisture and air infiltration – ideal for sealing around electrical outlets and openings, stud or plumbing penetrations, baseplates, lights, exterior gaps and more. This moisture-cured product relies on ambient moisture for the best cure profile. HandiFoam Sealants are available in a variety of sizes and dispensing options.

Straw Foam Instructions:
Applications: Used to fill and seal around gaps and penetrations in the building envelope to stop air infiltration. Application areas: cracks, crevices, beneath base plates, mud sills, corner joints, exterior cracks, around utility panels, pipes and duct penetrations, etc.
Preparation for use: Substrate must be clean, dry, free of loose particles, and free of dust, grease and mold release agents.
Use: Optimal product temperature is 65-80◦F (18-27◦C). Attach the straw, shake well, invert the container, and begin dispensing. By activating the adapter lever carefully, the extrusion rate can be regulated
Gun Foam Instructions:
Applications: Used to fill and seal around gaps and penetrations in the building envelope to stop air infiltration. Application

and duct penetrations, etc.

Use: Optimal product temperature is 65-80◦F (18-27◦C). Attach the container to the dispensing unit (Handi-Tool®),
shake well, and begin dispensing. The dispensing units can be metered by pulling the dispensing unit trigger for
the desired rate, or with the metering screw located in the back. Foam application can be interrupted when needed
as outlined in the instructions and the dispensing unit will be ready for immediate re-use, as long as it remains
attached to a pressurized container. An empty gun foam container must be replaced with a new container.
