Shipping

Your order will be shipped 3-7 business days from the day your order is placed. We ship from Louisville, Kentucky or Tampa Florida to ensure your order arrives as quick as possible.

Shipping Costs

We ship using Fed-Ex ground for most items and continue to adjust our processes to bring you your orders for the lowest cost.  As you can imagine with shipping gallons of liquid products, the cost can be higher than shipping other parcels. There will be times that we use USPS or other methods depending on the cost and arrival time.

Tax Exempt Customers

At this time, ICP (Pro Solutions Direct) does not support online functionality to remove tax from order value for tax exempt customers and it is unable to offer a refund for tax after an order is placed and confirmed online. By ordering online, you are waiving any right you may have to request a tax refund from ICP based on your tax exempt status. If you are a customer desiring to receive the benefit of tax exempt status, please reach out to an ICP customer service representative to make alternate ordering arrangements.
